An umbrella by Jonathan Howell (London) for Paraguas Segura (Barcelona), dating to the 1920s–1930s. Its shaft bears the maker’s authenticity marks: a circular “Howell London” button in relief and a “J•H” punch engraved on the metal collar. The silk canopy is in perfect condition, and the mechanism opens smoothly. The original period box has historical addresses printed on it.
The umbrella is in impeccable, unused condition. Very strange object for this condition.
