Scotte Cast-Metal Figure

Reimagined Sculptural Lamp – French Figure by A.J. Scotte

Introducing a truly unique decorative piece that brings together classical sculpture and contemporary lighting design. Created through the artistic transformation of a period sculpture, it has become an eye-catching table lamp.

At the heart of this creation is an original sculpture depicting a seated lady holding a tablet. Her elegant posture and the texture of the wall behind her reflect its creator's attention to detail.

Transformation and Character: What makes this piece exceptional is its redesign story. Originally conceived as a black cast-metal figure, the sculpture has been reworked and reimagined. A luminous gold finish has been applied and, in a bold design twist, an element resembling a classic crystal chandelier has been added. Adorned with clear and red beads, this miniature chandelier introduces a theatrical contrast, turning the static sculpture into a luminous, functional object.

Attribution and Origin (Original Marks): The base of the original sculpture retains the marks attesting to its historical provenance:

Sculptor's Signature: A visible engraving of
a.J.
